Joel Montalvo Bonilla, JD
Abogado y educador con más de 20 años de experiencia que combina la práctica privada, el servicio gubernamental y la docencia universitaria. Con un Juris Doctor y un LL.M. en Litigio y Resolución de Disputas (George Washington University, 2003), ha fundado y dirigido su propia firma, MONTALVO LEGAL GROUP, LLC, desde 2019. Su experiencia incluye haber servido como Director Legislativo en la Oficina del Gobernador de Puerto Rico (2005-2008) y como Asistente en la Cámara de Representantes de EE. UU. (2002-2004). Desde 2011, ejerce como Profesor Adjunto en las Escuelas de Derecho y Arquitectura de la PUCPR. Está autorizado para ejercer ante la Corte Suprema de EE. UU. y cuenta con licencias como Mediador y Árbitro Certificado.
